"House 2" is the official name of Governor Patrick's 2011 budget.

Programs facing cuts...

MRC's Home Care Assistance Program (HCAP) has already had to cut 1 hour from everyone who uses this program just to keep the program going for now. We are urging consumers who use this program to contact Governor Patrick and ask him not to make any more cuts.
