Youth Services Peer/Advocate Counselor

Private nonprofit disability organization seeks full-time individual to work with youth with disabilities. Applicant is expected to provide independent living skills training, peer counseling, transportation orientation, and teach self-advocacy skills to transition age youth. Must have personal experience with disabilities. Group facilitation skills and individual advocacy experience desirable.  Advocate will be based out of the Amherst office. Some evenings required. Position: Registered Nurse

Full time Registered Nurse needed to complete in home evaluations in Hampden County and surrounding area for state funded program. Requires at least 1 year community health experience, knowledge of disabilities and community resources. Proficiency with medical documentation and reliable transportation required. Bilingual preferred.

Position: Part-time Quality Assurance Nurse

Part time RN needed “Mother’s hours” for Quality Assurance and for assisting with processing evaluations/adjustments for state funded program.
