Are you thinking about your future? When you do, you and your family might feel: excitement, fear, anxiety, wonder, or uncertainty, among a lot of other thoughts and feelings. As a teenager, you may wonder what thinking about the future has to do with you. The TAP program is here to help you figure that out. Peer counseling:
Someone else who has had struggles and suceeded in building their life in the way they wanted to, acts as a peer and role model, giving advice and counseling about issues including dating, school, family, friends and employment.

We teach you how to advocate for yourself, by assisting in advocating for your needs and rights
Skills training:
You learn skills essential to your independence, such as transportation access, budgeting, self care, searching for housing and more.
Information & referrals:
We provide you with the information and referrals you need to continue your jouney into adulthood.
