LifePath is excited to share information about our new The Farm to Home Food Program. We have received a grant to fund the delivery of free, farm fresh produce, meats and dairy products valued at approximately $50 per month to older adults and adults living with disabilities. We have partnered with Mass Food Delivery who sources their foods from local farms in the region. They will process the orders, box and deliver a monthly box of fresh foods to each individual’s door. No address will be exempt, no matter how remote the location.
