Bringing together community organizations and resources to support individuals with disabilities, older adults, and their families.

This event will provide an opportunity for individuals to:

• Receive free equipment such as wheelchairs, rollators, magnifiers, etc (while supplies last)
• Access resources that support independence, accessibility, and community living
• Connect with local disability and community service organizations

We are inviting community agencies and organizations to participate by hosting an information table and sharing resources with attendees.
