We are looking for people interested in becoming Skills Trainers and helping disabled people build independence, confidence, and practical daily living skills in their communities.

Skills Trainers work directly with consumers to support independent living through hands on coaching, advocacy, and community based support. It is meaningful work that helps people live with greater choice and autonomy.

Stavros is one of the oldest independent living centers in the country and works across Western Massachusetts to support disabled people through advocacy, skills training, peer support, housing assistance, and community programs.
