Advocate / Peer Counselor
(This is a Full time 35 hours / Week Benefits Eligible Position)
A great fit for this position is an energetic person with a passion for helping people with disabilities; one who is willing to work with persons with disabilities to identify needed resources and training to make a difference in people's lives by providing and/or coordinating independent living life skills training, peer counseling, and advocacy with and for individuals toward the achievement of their personal goals.
The IL Advocate is also involved in community education, outreach, and systems advocacy regarding disability rights and access in the community to best support the Stavros mission.

Data Entry
(This is a Full time 35 hours / Week Benefits Eligible Position)
A crucial role at Stavros is that of Data Entry. Our Data Entry employees need to enter nurses’ evaluations into the MassHealth or other Service Provider Portal. The information must be entered accurately and efficiently to expedite approval of services. The information entered helps people with disabilities obtain Personal Care services needed to remain living in their homes.

Long Term Service & Supports Coordinator
(This is a Full time 35 hours / Week Benefits Eligible Position)
The independence and well-being of People with Disabilities depends on multiple aspects, in large part by those committed to roles including the Long-Term Services and Supports Coordinator (LTSS Coordinator). Stavros has been a place of support, advocacy and service coordination for the community it serves for nearly 50 years. Stavros is actively seeking to fulfill a new role within the One Care Department to serve as an LTSS Coordinator whose primary responsibilities would include person-centered care planning, coordination of Long-Term services and supports, and advocacy to members of the One Care Program.

Skills Trainer
(This is a Full time 35 hours / Week Benefits Eligible Position)
The Skills Trainer provides and monitors services for Consumers utilizing the MassHealth Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Program with duties including but not limited to: Intake and Orientation to the program, Assessments and Skills Training all with the goal of educating and assisting individuals with disabilities in order to acquire and maintain PCA services so that they will be able to effectively manage the program and live independently.

Contract Nurses - RN/LPN
(This is a Full time 35 hours)
Stavros is seeking to hire Contracted Nurses (RN’s/LPN’s) who would be meeting People with Disabilities (aka Consumer’s) in their homes, located in the Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin counties to complete initial and annual In-Home Evaluations and Re-Evaluations. These evaluations are essential in identifying the available resources and supports needed by the consumer’s.

Options Counselor

The Options Counselor will provide information and counseling to qualified individuals seeking resources and services related to aging and/or disability. The Options Counselor will need to understand the breadth of Stavros Services and the services offered by our collaborating agencies including but not limited to the Aging and Disability Resource Consortium (ADRC).
